Farmer's Market and Aunty Keri **warning, pictures overload**

Aunty Keri came and surprised us all!! We spent our Sunday at the Farmer's Market shopping, eating and sightseeing-- the colors!

Anyway, I'll let the pictures tell you about my day:

The day starts with a sweet slice of orange.

Aunty Keri holding me-- at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to be with her but she turned out to be cool.

DSC_0035

I think I like her!

Look, a bird!

DSC_0038

It flew away.

DSC_0053

This man was really nice-- he sold all kinds of sausages and they were really good.

There were all kinds of colorful fruits and veggies (and fishies). See for yourself:

Ha, gotta love this one. Even in the trash with other commercialized (and not too franchised) trashes, the orange still looks good.

Looking at Ma for no apparent reason.

Ma and I at the corner of the Farmer's Market.

Here's a series of me eating strawberries (remember those juicy ones you saw up there?) and I had around 6 of them.

Yummmmmm!! More please!

Walking all by myself through the busy crowd at the market.

See my strawberry stains? That's how juicy it was!

Now let me tell you a short story-- yesterday I went out for a walk and literally fell flat onto my face. I got a huge bump on my head and Mama says it's called a goose egg bump. It swell up real bad and I cried few times but otherwise, it just has left an ugly mark on my forehead. I'll post pictures of the goose egg bump (and a quail one because I fell and bump the other side less than an hour later... no fun for all of us).

Anyway, back to the pictures of me with my Cousins and with Aunty Keri.

Up, up and away with Aunty Keri.

Although the visit was short, I had a good time with her today.

Anyway, I didn't lie about the overload on pictures, didn't I? I had to, the farmer's market and Aunty Keri visit was totally packed. I haven't even shared you the other half (volunteering at Don Edwards SF Bay, photo gallery... oi!)

Til then me mates, more to come soon--

To Eitan, From Mommy

hey eitan,

DSC_0135

here you are sitting on my lap because you felt safe there. whenever you felt something was off or a little bit insecure, you'd always want me right there with you.

DSC_0128

here's you running to me with that expression of excitement because aunty cat told you to go and give mommy a kiss.

DSC_0127

you ran towards me smiling as you had a mission to succeed-- to kiss me. well, you're only 15 months old and after few seconds of running towards me, you forgot your mission and ran past me to meet a stranger. it didn't matter that you didn't kiss me, the best part was seeing the light in your eyes when you were told to go and "give mommy a kiss."

DSC_0114

there's you, running past me and gregariously chatting up with a stranger who knew sign language.

DSC_0108

here's a quick self-potrait of your two mommies and you're chewing something and gleefully announcing that there were lights blinking.

anyway...
i cannot, nor can any mother, explain how much i really, really and really love you. it's amazing and i think it's when i'm truly, at a rarity, speechless to write how i feel.

love ya lil' bugger,
mom

I can pee!

Well, I have to tell my Mama or Daddy that I'm oh-so-needing to pee badly by half crossing my legs, bending a little and hold onto my scrotum with me dear life (alongside with omg! expressions) and then signing "poo poo"

I'd be immediately whisked upwards into the air and successfully pee into the toilet. Mama lets me close the toilet lid, flush and then I'd throw my arms up into the air, wave and yell, "wooooo" (translation: yay!).

I only do it when I'm buck naked though-- when wearing gDiapers, I get lazy.

I like to organize things too, you know? I got a lot of trains, cars, planes and a helicopter. I play with them a lot and I pride in having them categorized together. You'll see what I mean through the series of pictures.

IMG_1370.JPG

My first attempt in categorizing.

IMG_1371.JPG

What? Yea Ma, I'm sorting all the cars into their orderly fashion.

IMG_1372.JPG

Beaming with pride of my compulsive skills.

IMG_1373.JPG

Yay for organization!

IMG_1376.JPG

Hmm, something's off... (the helicopter doesn't fit there)...

IMG_1379.JPG

Now, that's better!

IMG_1377.JPG

Anything with wheels are all together.

Now here, this is one of my Mommy's favorite story. When nursing on the couch, Mom would either read a book or watch TV. Usually, when I'm done eating, she'd turn it off-- we (well, I) don't watch TV. I wanted the TV on but it remained off and she led me to my play area. So, I happily played with my trains while she had to go to the bathroom badly and saw that I was "occupied," and Daddy wasn't home... she observed that I would be safe for a few minutes. Off she went and few minutes later she caught me, red handed actually, as I've single-handledly turned on the TV, sat down and proceeded to enjoy the motion picture that my Mom was previously watching.

IMG_1380.JPG

Busted!

IMG_1386.JPG

Watching some weird dudes trying to save a woman during the Wild West era.

She let me watch some until I got so bored of it and we both went to my library and read books together.

Anyway, have a fabulous day!
